exact items shown, surplus, the Rush Machinery one is new, without a package, the International Abrasives wheels are new in their bubble wrap – shipping in a flat rate box to protect the wheels, if you want me to ship in an envelope it will save you a few $ but much more risk of breakage, so that’s why I didn’t offer it. note interesting optical illusion in some of the photos – the wheels are not oval note to me: front of book drawer I normally ship within 24 hours of your order, but the post office does not always initiate tracking when I put the packages in the drop off box.
